LT Rooms Rome    

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff and service always very friendly and willing to help. Total freedom to get out and get back, which was very important to us. Rooms equipped nicely, so we even enjoyed staying in one evening, despite going outside. The location is near the center, about 10 minutes by foot to Vatican city. It seems more as residential area, more calm and secure than Termini area. No strictly defined breakfast time, so we could sleep as long as we want and have nice breakfast after. If we come back to Rome, we would definitely stay in this hotel!

After searching for hours for a well priced place to stay which included breakfast and an en suite, LT Rooms came up the best for what we wanted. Greeted on arrival which was lovely and given a tour of the room and shared kitchen,then some handy hints about how best to get about town etc.Location seems far out,but it's only 3 stops on the nearby metro to the Vatican and then follow the line the opposite way to get in to town to see everything else. Breakfast isn't prpared by the staff,which means you can go and make your own and take it back to your room,all the food you'll need is in the kitchen. Room we had was spacious,clean and very comfortable.

Much traffic noise, if door or window is just a bit open.Busses and metro very close which is very convenient.The price for rte room is pretty high - compared to bed and breakfast places elsewhere in Rome, when you look at the location.

We have really enjoyed the stay. The staff were super friendly. Great that one could have breakfast whenever one wanted. Balconies were a bonus! Location is not central, but the underground station is 5mins away.

LT Rooms was a great place to be if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Luca was wonderful. We arrived quite late and he stayed to let us in and show us everything which was great. The room was very clean. You are about a 20-25 min walk to the vatican, and about 35-40 min walk to rome, which was ok for us. We had a very pleasant stay and we would stay at this hotel again in the future.

location: neighborhood was ok, not especially nice or anything, but safe and lots of supermarkets. The bed and breakfast is located right between two metrostops, which is ideal!rooms: we stayed in two different rooms due to a booking error. Our first room had a great bed and the bathroom was ok. Hardly any noise from the traffic. It was small, but (most importantly) very clean. The other room had a balcony (as we ordered) and had separate beds. The beds were great again, the room was big, the shower a bit small (you shouldn't be much overweight, otherwise you can barely get in between the sliding doors...hardly any space left.). The balcony was huge and a nice place to sit. Although, the traffic noise was pretty present and kept you a bit awake at night. service: There was someone who let us check in and was very helpfull. We haven't seen her around much more after that (we stayed 6 nights) and I guess she came in the morning to clean and was gone in the after noon. Because there was a mix up with the rooms/our reservation they had to change everything for us. That was not possible the first night, (there are only 6 rooms) so we stayed in the room. Next day, everything was taken care of, lots of appologies and they ve put us in a room meant to accomodate 5 persons , while we're only 2. Which was very kind!! The only thing we would have wanted was to know a day before we left, that there would be a strike going on the next day (departure day). No metro ran and no bus to Termini (central station). Hardly any taxis but thankfully we found one after we got on a bus to .who knows where..... and we were just in time! it would have been nice to know in advance though.......cleaniness: very clean. it was cleaned every day, as welll as a change of towels.breakfast: you can make your own coffee and tea and most of the times there is juice. sandwiches to toast and a kind of cheese and jam to put on it. also some cookies. and cornflakes if you like. It is definitely a nice place to stay, no dirt, no loud people, kind staff although not much around and great located in between 2 metrostops. Enjoy your stay!!!

We stayed for six nights and were absolutely satisfied with LT rooms.The good points: - very friendly staff and owner - clean rooms - metro around the corner - a good restaurant in the ground floor - small supermarket in the same streetOne negative point: - the street directly in front of the house is a bit loud

One of the best places where we stayed during our vacation. The B&B is very close to the subway for line A and at walking distance to Vatican. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend it further.

the girl at the reception was very nice and friendly. The location was okey, but it is not that close to the Vatican, if you want to walk there. The walls were really thin so you can hear almost everything, The shower was very small. The breakfast is rather poor but you can have coffee or tea anytime, which was good. For a short break with family, I would recommend this B&B since it is difficult to find a place under 100 Euro per night for 4 people in Rome.

Pros: My friends and i were satisfied with our stay in lt rooms. location was great if you don't have a problem using the metro. it was clean. we were able to access internet without limitations of number of users. luca, the owner was very helpful. i would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in rome.
Cons: Minor turn offs are loud sound of flushing toilet could wake up roommate at night. we also did not see a hairdryer. we brought one so not a big thing. overall...we were all happy with our stay.

Pros: Great communication via email, very helpful staff, very nice and clean rooms with enough space, very good breakfast, near metro station. i can only recommend.
Cons: There is only one negative thing - noise from the restaurant which is on the ground floor.

Pros: The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and had all the facilites you would expect.
Cons: Shower was very small and the breakfast was very basic and had to be made by yourslef

Pros: The rooms were always cleaned. we had new towels everyday.and the fact that the hotel was only 800m to the vatican was great!close to the metro so it took us max. 5min to colosseum:o)
Cons: Only negative thing was that it could be very noisy but because our room was at the side of the road.

Pros: Very clean rooms, kind staff, free internet, satellite tv, large room, close to metro station and night buses
Cons: Poor breakfast, thin walls, distance from the city centre

Pros: The hotel is run more like a hostel/self catering style. i felt very comfortable staying here and found that the receptionist was extremely helpful and helped us feel right at home. the room was very well maintained, very clean and nicely presented.
Cons: No real negatives other than the location meant we needed to get the metro in to the city, this isnt really a negative but just to let others know that a walk to the vatican will take about 10 to 15 mins when walking at quite a quick pace. there is a lovely restaurant which is on this walk in to the vatican too so maybe that can be a break point ;)

Pros: Very clean large comfortable room for the value. very happy. be prepared to catch the metro, a little inconvient.

Cons: Poor breakfast
