The Arora Hotel Heathrow is not a 4 Star Luxury Hotel, it is a 2 Star Motel with poor quality bed linens.

Convenient to LHR. Very good room for our purpose, which was to catch a mid-morning trans-Atlantic flight. Easy to use public buses from/to LHR - free, no fare required. Drawback to this hotel? That WIFI is an extra charge above a mid-range room rate. In this day and age, that is ridiculous.

Found reception staff very polite. However room cleaners were a bit brash as I asked for a working iron and was told she was not working on that room but was only 3 doors away. Could have asked her colleague that coverered my room to bring me one. Hotel was very clean and modern. Very convenient for closeness to airport, and I didn't hear a single plane!

It was a perfect hotel for our olympic trip in london. It is near the airport, with free buses from the airport. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was very clean.

its a shame this hotel isnt closer to London as it was probably the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our visit to the UK and it would have been far nicer to stay in than the usual cramped overpriced B&B's that you get at a much higher price . the standard is much higher than the average hotel in the UK, the rooms roomy, clean and relaxing. even though this hotel is right near the airport the planes didn't bother us at all as the rooms appear to be quite soundproof. the staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant served lovely food. If you're looking for a better type of hotel at a reasonable price and don't mind travelling an hour to london by train to sight see, then this might be for you.

A great hotel to stay overnight for transit at Heathrow Airport. The location of the hotel allows convenient access to free shuttle to the airport.

Pros: Lobby and common areas very basic and unappealing but the room was nicely done and bed was good.
Cons: Taxi driver could not find it. took one hour driving around to locate it. there is no address other than bath road which is not actually a street name but rather the road one takes to bath england. locals know this but my driver did not and it wasn't fun at 11:00 pm trying to find it.

Cons: We asked for two beds but only got one in our room. we asked to be moved to a 2-bed room but they had none so i had to sleep on a cot!!

Pros: Perfect location, lovely hotel, quiet, nice staff, very relaxing after a long day of traveling thanks!
Cons: The restaurant is open late which is really convenient, but i would rate the food as mediocre at best.

Cons: We had to call maintenance three times. the toilet did not flush properly at first. the tv cable connection had to be replaced. there was no electric outlet near the bed, so they brought in an extension cord and ran it across the room.

Pros: Nice room, clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, close to heathrow
Cons: No hotel shuttle although web site implies they have one, you have to catch a city bus that doesn't run that often. cab drivers don't like going there from heathrow because of the short trip.

Pros: Helpful staff at desk arranging for early wake up call and for a 5 am taxi. room comfortable and good to have the electric kettle for tea/coffee as well as the iron and ironing board for those who need it.
Cons: A problem with the lights and air system to begin with as it wasn't explained that we should put our card into the system on the wall. when we did we didn't realize we should keep it there! it might be difficult for guests to see where to put the card if they arrive after dark and walk into a dark room.
