Room at the street side, small and lot of noise. The price is too high for this room. Location is good for city trip. In spite of all the sex stores, it feel very safe in the hotel and on the streets. Breakfast is room with tv on.Hosts are very friendly.

We have stayed in the Pigalle area before but first time at this hotel and the last time. The rooms are basic a few nice pictures would cheer them up a bit. The shower attachment was off the wall, couldn`t regulate the water and no curtain. The biggest issue was the noise from outside, awake one morning until 7am due to a bar down the side street open all night, came home feeling exhausted, definately never again!!

We were on a limited budget, so had little choice about staying here at the last-minute. Dirty room, but clean bathroom. Staff friendly enough, but incompetent (made several billing mistakes that took a significant amount of time to rectify).

Pros: 1. we requested for 2 rooms in the quiet zone and we got them.
2. 20m from the blanch metro station.
Cons: 1. hot shower is unreliable. it's either too hot or too cold every 5 seconds.
2. no shower curtain.
3. we can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
4. towels look clean but have some weird smell.
5. elevator is only for luggages or 2 persons at one time.

Pros: Certain staff were good, answered questions on where to go how to get there etc
Cons: Heater in the bathroom broken, no replacement sachets of soap or shower jel for whole trip, bed extremely hard, tv remote didnt work properly, none of the channels said on remote were actually on television. night time staff pretty rude sometimes, especially if coming back after dinner etc. lights always turned off etc

Pros: The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly and were very helpful in giving us info about the city and how to go from one place to another. the hotel is centrally located well connected with metro and two metro stations (blanche & place de clichy) are are at walkable distances. there is a supermarket (monoprix) very close by for buying essential items. moulin rouge is just across the road. louvre can be reached from the hotel on foot (20 to 30 min walk)
