"OK for a short stay"

Friendly and polite welcome. The triple room on the second floor is old , needs some renovation . Comfortable and clean beds, sufficient and clean towels. The bathroom had a bad with shower, no tub in the bath and the shower could hardly be used as it was hanging to low and there was no curtain .Breakfast was OK with fruitjuice, cereals, bread, butter, jam,cheese, ham, coffee and tea

"Our Stay"

Location of the hotel was perfect for the tube. Right next to Manor House station on the Piccadilly line.The room was extremely basic and quite small. The bathroom sink was terrible for filling up as it used the push down type taps, and the shower was tiny.Breakfast was included in the price. However the bread was stale, cheese and ham was available, and not what I expected for the money paid for a bed and breakfast!

"A great value for the money"

This hotel is located in front of a metro stop and provides clean, spacious and quiet roomsThe room was cosy and nice, but a bit too hot. The bed was very confortable. The only downside was that the staff was not really nice.

"Name of hotel"

- I would like to inform the managment that we had a very pleasant stay and very near to the station and to other amenities.- It would be much easier to make a larger sign of the hotel's name that shows where it is as we had to walk all the road down to find it, and it was only written on the gate with paint.- The chest of drawers wasn't built up properly as all the drawers broke in our hands.-Thanks , when we come back, we'd definately choose the same hotel.

"comfortable"

We stayed three days and in addition to a good night's sleep we enjoyed the breakfast very good. the proximity to the metro and grocery stores make this hotel a good compromise between quality 'and price. would stay there again.

"Best value for money!"

Excelent price.En'suite bathroom(rare for this price).Free wi-fi.Very good service.Just two steps from the underground and 15 minutes from the centre of London.Totally recommended for low-budget trips!

"Maintenance Problem"

I'm staying at Room 15 for a week..From Day 1 the sink leaking and the water going down to Room 7..I'm frustrated that the customer service ask me to pay for the maintenance cost because we stay in there..Its supposed to be owner of the property have to take care of this problem not us..I would not recommend my friend or my relatives to stay in this hotel.

Pros: We stayed 4 night there to visit our son who lives in another part of london, and also do a little touristing. we found the staff to be very positive and helpful. the room was big enough, bath and toilet clean and nice. the room was quiet and the beds comfortable.
Cons: Well, the toast and jam, accompanied with milk and cereal, does get you going in the morning, but just about.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, with fairly spacious rooms with private on site parking. the room met all of our needs.
Cons: The hotel does not provide hairdryers which was advertised on the website and breakfast was very basic and did not include pastries.

Cons: Only a few parking spots, so had to park at sister hotel down the road. not bad, but would have been in bad weather. no problem except i asked about parking on the application form and the question was never answered.

Cons: We booked a hotel through your website, when arriving it appeared to be overbooked. together with other guests we had to arrange a new solution at our own cost. very dissapointing. i will blacklist your service in the future.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. quiet. two doors from the manor house tube station. older room with reasonably new fixtures.
Cons: Could have been cleaner but not as bad as other hotels visited. not a safe neighbourhood at night; suggested to us that women not walk at night and watch your camera. the hotel itself appears safe.

Cons: The sheets were not washed and smelled unfresh. but we recieved new ones. there were not enough tables for breakfast. (6 tables). no hotel to visit with a group.

Pros: Good location, friendly helpful staff, very clean linen & huge bath towels. good flat screen tv. breakfast facilities very good. plenty of hot water.
Cons: Had to park car in another hotel a good 15 min walk away. toilet rocked not fixed to floor properly, no where to hang towels. beds took up so much room could not open wardrobe doors.
