Cons: Middle of the night very loud noises of trash/recycling truck. this happened twice at about 2:20 a.m. might be better to have a room that doesn't face front.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Room facilities are disappointing.
there was a fire alarm going on for several minutes and no staff came out to calm down the guests and reported it was "false". it was very scary.
