"Excellent stay"

We stayed here for 10 days and cannot say enough. We absolutely loved the apartment, it had everything you could possibly need and location, location, location. We were right in the heart of the city and the attractions. We will definately return, we loved it!

"My stay"

Everything but the internet was great. The internet was so slow it will make it impossible fro me to stay again because I can't get work done. The staff was very good and did their best, but you need a new internet system.

"Krasnapolsky as it is!"

I had a 7 nights staying duration at Krasnapolsky. My reservation was for a business apartment.At arrival they offered me an apartment on third floor in old side without stairs. Unfortunately it was not mentioned before or during my reservation. Since I could not afford that much stairs with luggage or every day, they gave me a "room" for 1 night and in second day they moved my baggage to my apartment and charged me same price!

"Great apartment - fix the bed!"

Amazing apartment right on the canal - location could not be better!Bed is 2 twins together, but matresses are different creating a large, annoying, unaviodable crack in the centre of the bed. I read someone else comment on this prior to booking and am amazed it hasn't been addressed at a supposed 5 star hotel.If a hotel manager laid on that bed arrangement for 2 seconds I bet they would address it immediately. Maybe because it's not physically connected to the hotel its not a priority.

"wonderful stay"

We stayed in apt. # 7306---- on the third floor. Stairs, as described by others, are very narrow and steep. Definitely not for older or unfit people. Two beds together but feels separate. Very comfortable. The rooms are light---well equipped kitchen. Nice washer but no dryer. However Dryer has a centrifugeren cycle that takes most of the water out. Would definitely stay again, if I can muster up the energy to tackle the stairs after a busy day of sightseeing.

Cons: It is not negative since it is amsterdam after all...but i think that u must inform the guests that there are steep stairs at the appt. i mean, if i was older...i would have trouble going up there...

"Interior of the apartment was decent good enough"

Pros: Interior of the apartment was decent good enough.
Cons: Entrance to the apartment building was separated from the hotel and located right at the red district which causing all sort of noises through day and nights and always is in a bad shape plus the elevator was down for two days where i had to use the narrow stairs to get to my apartment located in the fourth floor.

"This hotel is located in the very center of amsterdam"

Pros: This hotel is located in the very center of amsterdam. the location is excellent, right in the middle of dam square, all the shops, and around the corner from the red district. i stayed in a one bedroom apt for 2 weeks and i paid less than what i would pay for a 4 or 5 star hotel !! the apt has everything you want from 2 flat screen tvs, to fully loaded kitchen to, dishwasher, to washer & dryer. the staff were excellent and very friendly. if i go back there again, i'd definitely choose krasnapolsky.
Cons: Internet and breakfast aren't included and are not cheap.
