Hotel rooms was very small and shower wasn't good! Rooms was clean and hotel staff was very helpful!! Breakfast also was good! No parking places!

Room and Hotel were really clean and good. but didn't like the breakfast. Location was also easy to access public transport Metro, Trams.

Pros: The hotel is well located, about 15min walk for duomo and less than 5min walk from the republica metro station.
the hotel seems to have been reformed recently, the lobby, the breakfast restaurant and the room had new furniture and decor.
room 207 was a bit small but enough for two people and a bathroom (with a window overlooking the street and lots of natural light) was large, comfortable and clean!
the staff was super friendly and attentive
we liked the hotel so much that after a short trip to venice, we went back over three days at the hotel.
Cons: Internet paid: 5 euros for 24 hours, but the wi-fi signal at 207room was excellent!
the cleaning ladies are very noisy, loud in the corridors, linking the tv the other rooms with the door open in the morning,noise from vacuum cleaner, for who like to sleep late at times they bothered.

Pros: The staff at reception was kind. the location was good, though it was a bit difficult to find the hotel from the metro station. once we got to the hotel, then it was easy to get the metro to the places of attraction. i would suggest bringing a map as it was a small hotel, we asked a few people who finally pointed us in the correct direction.
Cons: however, the room was tiny for 3 people, especially the toilet and bathroom. it was difficult to shower etc. the breakfast was very poor with a few choices of croissants and ham only. the freshly brewed cappuccino was good though.

Pros: The room was modern and clean. good air conditioning unit. close to the train/bus station.
Cons: The staff was not friendly at all. they mostly looked sour and gave mumbled responses to our questions. it's quite a walk (through a sketchy neighbourhood) to the duomo.
