Residential complex consisting of two separate buildings situated not far one from the other (800 metres ) and at a short distance from the ski runs (800 metres) which are easily reachable with a shuttle bus service (to pay on site)(in winter season) Payment at reservation 50%The building consists of excellently furnished and equipped flats, all of them having: large sun deck terrace with a view over the ski runs, car space in an unguarded garage. They are equipped with all modern comforts: TV sat, direct telephone, fully-equiped kitchenette, dishwasher, bathroom with shower and hair-drier, and security box. The Hotel formula (only in winter season) consists of accommodation in the Hotel Palace 2, in flats with 2 to 6 beds.The restaurant (open only in winter season) proposes national and regional dishes, a rich buffet breakfast, dinner with buffet starters or served at the table, vegetables and cheese buffet, a choice between three first courses and three second courses. For the guests in half-board accommodation (in winter season): water and ¼ wine in carafe are included in the rate (otherwise there is also a regional and national wine list for an alternative choice). For those who choose a residential accommodation formula, some carnets for 10 meals at a reduced price are available (in winter season).TO BE PAID ON SITE ON YOUR ARRIVAL TO THE RESORT:Deposit ( refundable except for verified damages )only for rent apartment: € 250 Club Card: compulsory till 27/03, to be paid on site, per flat for stay: Bilo 6 € 185 Studio 4 € 130Including:energy consumptions, linen for kitchen, bed and bathroom (partial), unguarded garage for each flat, ski deposit service on the slops. Final Cleaning : cooking area excluded to be cleaned by the tenant (otherwise a € 100,00 fine is to be paid). Free use of the Gym (except sauna on payment)(Gym and sauna only in the winter season)
