Cons: Very small room, without the toilet and bathroom inside.very small closet.

Cons: The heating stayed on all night and we could not turn it off. the stairs to the basement were steep and had no handrail. the shower was communal and not very inviting.
Cons: I was called on the journey up by the reception asking what time we were arriving, which i thought was good an efficient, but after we were delayed on the tubes and were running 20min late, we were phoned up by the same gentleman who sounded fairly annoyed that we were running late - "this is the budget guest house hotel - you said you would be here by 7" was pretty much the start to the conversation, which wasn't very friendly.

Cons: Rooms are small, clean but stale-smelling. the "triple" was cramped for two and would be claustrophobic for three. bathrooms were fine but lackedhand dryer or paper towels, and down / up a flight of stairs. got the job done as a crash pad for an early-morning train, but has nothing to recommend it other than relatively low price.
