Cons: Rooms are a bit noisy near street.
Cons: The front desk staff were somewhat aloof. the size of the room was comparable to that of a two-star hotel in paris. the furniture looks nice on photo but very cheap in reality. we had asked from a double bed and we got a room with two twin beds stuck together. the problem was that they moved apart during the night and i practically fell in the gap between them. the sound insulation was very poor (baby crying next door, people chatting in the hallway). in short, not a real 4-star.
Cons: Internet instructions as to how to log out not clear in english. needs to say rhw.local/logout.
Cons: Very uninspiring limited breakfast. ridiculously expensive bar - apricot juice 9 euros, tea 8 euros.
Cons: Due to the fact that we got a 'cheap deal', we were treated as such and the staff were generally rather rude so a tad disappointing.
Cons: Our room overlooked a courtyard which was adjacent to other windows not belonging to the hotel. on the thursday & friday mornings at 8am we were awoken by drilling, scraping, sanding and other general diy work. having approached recpetion the first time and being told to not worry it won't go on for long and then on the second when it was discovered that the noise was from a different building, nothing further was taken on the matter even though we had asked to change rooms. in relection, that is why the hotel staff in general are very helpful, just the more senior staff behind the reception did not seem bothered by the issue.
