Cons: Staffs attitude; extremely poor value for money (£250euro without breakfast for a small average room). i travel a lot for business. this was the worst value for money i experienced. i believe this partly due to the fees charged by your website. never again will i book through you.
Cons: Poor internet wifi. for four star one would expect secure key to login to wifi and high speed.
Cons: A mate cut his finger, opening room door.
Cons: I travelled with my young child. we both had a wonderful experience and definantly would visit again and have already recommended to friends. comfortable hotel for people with children. excellent pool, sauna and steam room.
Cons: 1. the area near the hotel is under development. 2. suggest the room charge be included the breakfast at special rate.

Cons: I booked a room for two persons, but when they gave me the keys it was two single beds together. i had to pay extra to get a double room instead. a cost that wasnt written on the website so i was a little put off. also i had problems with the tv as it kept loosing signal and sound. finally as there is building works going around the hotel, we were awoken at 06h45 by the builders playing the radio very loud. it wasnt the night away i was hoping for.
Cons: We had a suite, i felt it was too 'clinical' designed for business travellers. very cold vynil flooring where i would have preferred carpet and cosyness. the room cleaning staff could do a better job. shame about all the building work going on that will be happening for a long time it seems.
Cons: Hotel currently in the middle of a buildng site but when all complete will be an excellent location
