Croix de Malte Paris  

Simple, clean hotel and friedly staf not in the centre but close to metro line. Rooms are smal, but clean, beds are confortable.

I never go back to this Hotel.!! We booked for double room(double bed) as showing on the webiste with images and information. When I get there, the room was like container size and filthy toilet and dirsty and hair on the basin. I couldn't sleep because water flowing noisy from Toilet. The room was so tiney and even can't called sing room. we complained about room but staff was so rude and not helpful at all. we were so shocked by the conditoin of room and service.

The location was so easy to get to, just off the Oberkampf Metro Station. Cute little area, cafe right down the street, some shopping. Hotel is old and in need of repairs, but the room suited our needs. Glass shower door would not stay shut, making it difficult to keep water off floor (which others have obviously had a problem with, as the floor outside the bathroom was ruined).

Basic hotel, but can not expect more for the price you paid. Excellent location- 2 minutes from metro with shops around. I can noat say anything about the breakfast in hotel as we were based on room only. Plenty pattiseries to eat around. Good choice for someone who will be out all day.

Our stay here was pleasant. The staff were welcoming and helpful. All that we requested was met. We didn't try the breakfast so can not comment. For Paris I believe it was good value for money. It is a basic hotel that is fairly well maintained. The bed was comfortable and we had enough room to move around the room. The 24 hour desk was a great bonus as we could come and go as we pleased. They had a baggage room for when you had to check out or bring bags earlier. And a safe for valuables. It wasn't right down town but within 30 minute walk through so nice neighbors.

Pros: Beautiful room with spiral stair to bathroom. good location close to meetro.
Cons: Bathroom was very low in places and bumped head regularly. bed was at slant and bit uncomfortable

Pros: Clean, great location close to tube station full of bars & restaurants
Cons: The twin beds and the flat pilow didi not work also no central heating

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the location (one block from the oberkampf metro) was ideal.
Cons: The shower had some mold.

Pros: Excellent area with metro stations close by. hotel is very easy to find once at oberkampf. area is quiet and safe too, even at late evening.
Cons: All tv channels are in french. thin walls so can hear people moving around but if you're a sound sleeper, it is not a big deal.

Pros: Chambre spacieuse pour paris. excellente location, très près d'un métro.

Pros: Location is great! staff extremly helpful! rooms clean!
Cons: No tea/coffee facilties in rooms and the walls are very thin!!!!

Pros: Very close to metrostation oberhausen so as well easy to walk to the marais and republique
Cons: For paris prices a reasonably good hotel
