 "Great location!"
Fantastic location for castle viewing! Not such great value for money though - we stayed in an Economy room and it's quite cramped with two single beds...not great for couples!! Also there is no-one on reception during the day/night - the person that comes in to serve breakfast (which also is only served between 8.30-10am...so very late if you want to make a start on your day!) is only around for a couple of hours in the morning...so don't lose your keys!!! ;)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Budavar Pension. The B&B is in an excellent location for exploring the old town of Buda and is only a 15-20 rminute walk to the newer town of Pest. The room that we stayed in was a standard room - but was clean and spacious; the shower was fantastic! One of the best things was the silence at night - it is so quiet and, therefore, ensures a good night's sleep! The owner was a very friendly man and was always keen to help. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to Budapest.
