 "Location Queen"
This hotel is literally a 4 minute easy walk across the bridge to Parliament and Big Ben. Even closer to the Eye! Also, great access to public transportation. If you want to book tours, talk to the concierge. If you're hungry, there's a variety of restaurants. Wi-Fi is throughout the hotel and, if you don't have your own device, the Business Center computers are open to everyone.The hotel is pretty snazzy; modern and comfortable. Leave your converter at home; each room has its own device. The tiniest drawback: room lighting is a bit of a puzzle but this shouldn't stop you from loving this well-situated lodging.

 "The view from the room is not good"
I booked this hotel in your copmany. You said the room view was very good! There is big window...but we could see just train rail !! Our room was opposite detection from beautiful view(>_<) Its unbelievable!! So we changed the room in paying an extra fee! We were unhappy

 "Nice stay in London"
Very nice area to stay in. Right by Big Ben and Thames. Easy to walk to central town and metro and bus nearby. Nice spacious rooms. We were 2 adults with our 14 year old son. The room was departed in 2 so it was almost like having two bedrooms. The pool was nice.

Location excelent you see the big ben from the hotel...you just have to cross the bridge, fitness, pool and sauna excelentrooms are comfortable internet is freebreakfast a little be to expensive..you can have it in the hotel in a coffee shop nice place to stay in london

The hotel is in a very good location, near Westminster or Waterloo station. Very spacy rooms, good restaurant. Swimming an Sauna OK. Nice an helpfull staff. Nothing worse about it. I will re-book this hotel next time.

 "OUTSTANDiNG HOTEL"
Room was excellent - we slept very well. Services were out standing; the concierge in particular. Hotel restaurants are 1st class; we tried them all and were never disappointed. Included breakfast was truly great. Location couldn't have been better.

 "Enjoyable and pleasant"
Hotel is large and impressive and very well placed for accessing any area in London. We all enjoyed access to the pool and spa areas which were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good quality and we never had to wait to be seated, despite the hotel being very busy. Staff were very attentive and polite at all times.Rooms were generally very clean, but there were some dusty surfaces, such as the desk and bedside cabinets, and a damaged lamp shade. For the money I would have expected the cleaning to be better. The shower in the bathroom leaked quite badly, which again I would have thought would have been dealt with sooner by a hotel of this standard. Of course, previous occupants may not have informed the hotel of the leak, which we did. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent heating/air conditioning controls. We were in a superior room, which was internal to the hotel and we had an excellent sleep. We couldn't hear any noise and the king size bed was so comfortable! Not all rooms have a king size bed though.Overall we were very happy with our stay here. We booked on a package deal which halved the price of the rooms, but we still felt they were a little expensive for what you get.Other than that this is a very nice hotel with very efficient and friendly staff and extremely comfortable rooms. I can certainly recommend it if you are looking for a step up in quality from a Travel Lodge or Quality Inn.

 "Great service and location and good for families"
Our family of 3 stayed here 8 nights the week of Xmas 2012. Location across Westminster Bridge/Big Ben is perfect for site-seeing. Attentive service. Full hot breakfast included and served late. Includes espresso and hot milk. Rooms are large by London standards and are suites meaning there is a separate area with TV and a comfy sofa bed for children. The bed was set up and waiting for our arrival. Free evening entertainment in Primo Bar. Free wi-fi worked very well in all parts of hotel. The indoor pool was crowded but did get to enjoy the sauna. Have already recommended to a friend visiting London soon. For a large hotel it felt warm and pleasant as a base for seeing the city.

 "Winter wonderland"
Was very good service, staff were most helpful and kind.Room service was delicious!!There was a few cosmetic issues in our room, chipped bath, dirty glasses, and chipped paint.Noise wise, it was fine apart from the fire trucks which left a few times through out the night, which is no fault of the hotels but did disturb our sleep.

 "It has all you need"
Great location, spotless clean, good service. We were a little upset that our credit card was charged a month in advance although we had a flexible reservation; money was reimbursed but we asked on arrival an upgrade as compensation for this inconvenience. And we've got a room with an amazing view over Westminster Bridge and Big Ben. They knew how to handle a problem to the customer's satisfaction. The team on the bar is very professional and very pleasant. Breakfast in the restaurant is expensive and it may not worth the money for all the customers but there is always the coffe shop Espressamente Illy as a much simple and (in my opinion!) better option.

 "Very good hotel, close to most major attractions."
The location of this hotel is near enough perfect, you are within walking distance of Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the London eye, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and many more of London's iconic attractions, and anything outside of walking distance, and you ate in the middle of two tube/train stations that can take you to other desired destinations. As for the hotel itself, it's spotless, with big rooms which have all the amenities you are likely to need, and the views from most rooms are breathtaking. We arrived very early (11:00) and unfortunately our room wasn't ready (check in is at 14:00) it didn't matter to us, so we checked our bags in with the concierge and went sightseeing instead, overall a frame at experience and a decent rate.

Very nice hotel, excellent service on the front desk and very friendly staff. Our room was on the 10th floor which great views over London. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

 "Good hotel"
the hotel was very clean and in a great location for visiting Bickingham Palace, South Bank and Covent Garden. The room we were allocated only looked on to a central atrium and theerfore it appeared we had no baturak light . I would ask for a room with an outside window if I stayed here agaon. The bar procies were also really expensive - £25.00 for 2 gin and tonics!!!.

The hotel was fabulous! The location couldn't have been better...very close to two underground stations plus lots of attractions. Perfect! The room was lovely...very comfortable and quiet and the staff was excellent. It couldn't have been any better! Definitely recommend!
