Cons: Not all the staff speak great english or know much about the area (e.g. location of supermarkets). room was very warm, to the point i had to turn off the radiator and leave the windows open. tv didn't work. 3 flights of stairs to reach room - might be problemmatic for older/creakier customers. would be helpful if address was given as piscina de frezzeria instead of frezzeria.
