Cons: Just one thing the size of the buffet for breakfast at the hotel (holiday inn express crawley) was far too small for the amount of people trying to get their brekfast and it was not helped by people standing around waiting for thier toast to be done ..cant you find a new home for the toasters to alleviate the congestion ..it was so bad one day i abandoned breakfast
Cons: The hotel didn't have our booking when we arrived. they thought this may be due to a problem with their internet. however, i took a copy of the confirmation email with me and they allocated us a room.

Cons: Absolutely not.....everything was very positive about our stay!
Cons: Its 45 minutes from down town london, not 30 minutes like the website says.. also one hotel staff member was very rude and condescending towards us when we arrived.
Cons: Despite us beiing beside the evening manager and his female assistant and being absolutely sure they had written down the time we needed a wake up call to catch a flight; the morning staff forgot to telephone us and were 20 minutes late in waking us up. this put preseeure on catching the flight. they blamed te evening staff for not writing it down correctly but we knew this to be absolutely untrue.
