Pros: What an amazing experience!! hotel was lovely - room was big, clean, decor was inviting & balcony had the most amazing view of the matterhorn. staff went out of their way to assist with information & even provided transport to the station. i would definitely recommend this hotel to any one!!
Cons: Breakfast was not up to standard for this kind of hotel - if you want to have a nice breakfast, make sure you're there first, if any thing is finished it does not get replaced & you are left hungry..
