"A pleasant surprise"

I had no idea when I booked it that the hotel was a) so big and b) so close to High Street Ken tube station.The room was a great size, with loads of storage (more than some self catering places). There was a stanin on the bed sheet when we arrived but housekeeping changed it as soon as we alerted them to it.All staff were very friendly and highly professional.

"Would recommend if not spending a lot of time in your room"

The hotel itself (restaurant, public space etc.) was nice. Not much for curb appeal and kind of noisy at night with the train tracks right out our window. The guestrooms were just okay. Service was great from what we experienced. Very helpful and friendly from the front desk to concierge to housekeeping - top notch! On that same note about train tracks - it was a nice location, quiet area of Kensington with two Underground stops within close walking distance making it easy to get anywhere in London via the subway.

"Could not speak high enough of this place!"

This hotel is amazing! It's in a great location just one street back from Kensington high street. Everything you need is just around the corner including public transport, supermarkets, Hyde park etc. Being our first time in London we were totally lost as to how to get anywhere but all if the staff were always on hand to help us out anyway possible, in particular Joshua, Billy and Jami. The room was good for us as we didn't spend a lot of time in it, our room did back on to the train tracks but we didn't notice the noise at all! Once again this place is amazing and I'm sure you'll love it! Can't wait to come back to London!!

"Good for a tourism visit"

the hotel is ok, not as great as you expect for a 4* hotel, but it has a great location for a reasonable price as a base for tourism all around the city.Rooms ok, very clean and average services, except for internet expenses.Remember to ask for an odd number room, not at the side of the tube railways. We hadn't any noise for recovering and sleep after long days of walking around.

Pros: Lovely hotel, easy for travel to anywhere in london as very near underground. great restaurant food and service.
Cons: Just to let you know that the airvent in the bathroom in m009 needs a good clean as it is really full of dust and should be given a good vacuum out. other than that excellent!

"This is the third time i have stayed here and i findit an excellent..."

Pros: This is the third time i have stayed here and i findit an excellent location to access west end, shopping etc.

Cons: The cost of parking at the hotelhas increased considerably and at £32 per day is very expensive. the room was clean and comfortable but it would have been nice to see acolouredduvet cover on the bed as the plain white was a little lacking in colour and attractiveness of the room.
