Pros: - excellent location
- cheap
- excellent service from the staff
- had a nice balcony when the sun is out (though view isn't the best)
Cons: - definitely not a 4 star hotel - completely misleading
- room was very simple, probably comparable to a 2* or a cheap 3* room.

Pros: + the hotel staff was so nice and helped us with our luggages, reservations and etc.
+ hotel is very close to most of the popular places like plaza mayor, puerto de sol and etc.
Cons: - the street of the hotel is noisy and a little bit crowded, mostly far east restaurants and discos,
- some of the rooms in the hotel is looking to each other via an empty hall and you feel the moisture when you open the window, so you cannot open!
- the cleanliness of the rooms must improve esp. the bathrooms. the tube has grey stains, between the ceramics on the floor of bathroom it was black. even i saw a little insect on the floor in the toilet.
