Pros: Right in the heart of madrid, close to bars, restaurants, shops, sightseeing etc. airconditioning included.
Cons: Room and bathroom small but practical. somewhere to lay your head at night but not to spend a lot of time in.

Pros: Helpful staff, tried to speak english for us. booked taxi and stored cases for us after check out.
Cons: Basic small room. on second floor but there is a small lift. close to "red light" district.
