All I have is praise,my husband and I stayed in this lavish hotel for 1 week and it has been the best in terms of service, cleanliness, location, food, rooms. we will certainly be going back next year. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Pros: Great "look" and "feel" to the hotel. hotel room was very nice, comfortable, and better than anticpated.
Cons: If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. traffic horns, sirens, hotel noise, etc easily seeps through the walls windows. i didn't hear anyone within an adjacent room so that was good, but there was sufficient noise from other places.

Pros: Nice room lovely jucuzzi bath and shower, very comfortable bed
Cons: We paid for 'the level' service and was never told that it was closed in august, very bad, as this was part of the room deal and they couldn't even refresh our coffee pods every day, let alone any biscuits, this made the room rate bad value for money
