 "Ok but lack of maintenance"
Hi. I have stayed at Belaire many times and although I love staying here I can see a gradual decline in maintenance. The room that I was in had a couple of loose cupboard doors and there were loose towel rails. I have to say the fridge's freezer compartment was filthy and still had the previous resident's ice cream in it. The fridge also is not working correctly as it froze my soda. In general the room was not very clean and the floor between the bed and the kitchenette was sticky.I hope this will be rectified because I booked for accommodation in December and I am considering cancelling in the light of this.

Cons: Check in too long.staff not very friendly.no assistance with luggage.asked for iron,took about an hour to come,also for extra tea and coffee.no mirrors in rooms

Pros: We will definitely return to belaire hotel. rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. very convenient location. friendly staff. would like to have a halaal breakfast.

 "The welcoming was very warm and the stay was pleasant"
Pros: The welcoming was very warm and the stay was pleasant. the breakfast was good and healthy.
Cons: I was not too impressed with the cleanliness of the room. although cleaners came to the room everyday, it would appear that the room was never swept since we arrived and the linen was was also not changed. they only made up the bed with the same linen for 4 days. one would have expected better for a 4 star hotel.

 "Size of the room is great"
Pros: Size of the room is great. location is good. staff service was good however restaurant staff needs to up their game. they are not very attentive to their tables and it is not a very big restaurant.
Cons: The noise factor, from other guests. rooms are not very insulated and it does not help to have an interleading door where all the noise comes through from rowdy guests.

 "A wonderful establishment"
Pros: A wonderful establishment. the attention paid to detail in the amenities make it an immensely enjoyable place.
Cons: I could only recharge my electrical tools when in theng room when i removed the key on exiting the power went off.

Pros: I was impressed about most of the thing in the hotel. never expected the service we got for an example, the price we paid is much reasonable and i never expected that the breakfast is inclusive. the rooms are beautifull and very neat and the staff is so friendly and very kind.
