Cons: Staff should explain to guests that they need to use their room key to access the floor they are staying on when using the lift.

"Nice clean hotel with helpful staff"

Pros: Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. very good location (<5 mins walk from airport).
Cons: A little far (about 40 mins) from centre of town.
