 "nice hotel"
Nice hotel in the old centre, due to garden really quiet. An oasis in the loud city. Good service. Beds only really firm!

No AC when they run heating!? THats BAD!Noise and no isolation what so ever to the corridor and neighbor.Breakfast was so simple and they have to little staff so they run out off most stuff and have no time to clean a big mess.Good internet.Friendly people at the front desk.Pointless to book a cab thru them, grab a cab on the street one minuet walking.Location the best middle of La Rambla, walk distant to almost everything!

Pros: It was close to the area i wanted la ramblers was unable to attend on 29th due to general strike but hotel did change my booking which was the only plus for this hotel
Cons: Attitude by the staff was unpleasant rooms were unclean rooms corridor was dark, some light bulbs in room were out and there was no support for the shower head, rooms were very warm even with the air con on, overall very disappointed personally i think the place need a full overall and revamp

 "The location is unbeatable"
Pros: The location is unbeatable. its just off ramblas.
Cons: I had booked an executive room and they gave me a standard room and when i told them that, the where less than bothered to change it. no security at the front desk. a couple had their baggage stolen right at the check in counter and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. there are many cheaper hotels off ramblas that you could choose other than this. the hotel is behind their main hotel and its a bit of a walk and you have to climb a bit of stairs to reach there.
