Cons: The staff at times were a little insulting. didn't seem like they wanted to be helpful. one word answers and such. then they tried to overcharge for parking and argued with me about it for 10 minutes.
Cons: The only thing fancy in this hotel is the lobby. a standard single room is really small at 13sq metres, the bathroom is especially compact - not at all what i expected from a 4-star hotel.also, the tv within the room is placed so high on the wall, you will develop a cricked neck.
Cons: The hotel is located on a busy street on corso magenta and can be loud at during the late hours of the night from cars and the 16 tram passing by.

Cons: Staff was snobby, charged me for breakfast when i didn't even eat it!!! charged too much for everything. their breakfast looked unappetizing and i didn't want to eat it. room is old and dusty. bed was hard. shower is too small, there is no elbow room. i am a small girl..and it was away too small. they don't provide hardly any soap and towels to start off with. overall i'd skip this hotel.
