Very comfort rooms with great service, efficient and polite. Close to Lotto metro station, location is perfect for any major attraction: city center, fieramilanocity, stadio Meazza.

During day time constantly the very hard noise of the metro underneath our room.Taking a shower was like shaking very badly!Staff was NOT friendly; very informal and detached. Breakfast was with cold tea. Staff in the breakfast room was very friendly!

Pros: The staff are very friendly and the location of the hotel is super convenient, right near the exit to the lotto metro. the availability of internet at nominal cost is also a huge plus. the breakfast is ok.
Cons: Being near the metro, you do hear the rumble of the underground trains and if you are somebody who likes peace and quiet, you may not like it.

Pros: The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: The buffet breakfast, whilst extensive was not good quality nor good value so it was not repeated; whilst i asked for non-smoking the room on entry did smell of smoke so it was suggested i open the window, the room also did hear padding of feet and chatter from next door.
