Many good things with this hotel,te/coffe free 24 houers in the lobby and in the room too.Good breakfast and ref.on the roop so i can get cold beer before i go to bed.It is a good place to stay when jou need bed and breackfast.

Very small rooms but clean. For breakfast you get only two options: full english or continental one and the quality of food is very average. I would expect that you get something else every other day.

Cold in the room, not clean in the shower room, no sleepers and shower gel, shampoo. Personal is very kind and attentive. However, the blanket was thin and didn't warm up in the night. Location is good.

after reading the reviews on this hotel we were very worrried it may not be pleasant , BUT it was fine and we would stay again. me, my partner and my 2 children stayed in a quad room, it was clean, warm and safe. and although we didnt stay in very much, being new years eve. it was a good base and nice and warm and welcoming. tha nks.

We wher very satisfied with the location of the hotel. The breakfast and the coffeemachine in the reception area was great. The service was also good. The room was vvery small , and we missed a table and chairs.

Small rooms. Good breakfast, nice to be served, but we lacked a bit coaser bread. Bad shower with hardly no sprutt. Good location close to restaurangs, shops and undergrounds. Might stay there again. :)

It is a cheap hôtel, but people are friendly.Near the center by bus, near St Pancras (4 tube stations), it was really what we needed.If you just need to sleep after a long day walking, this hotel is for you.

the hotel was in a good area. not worth the high amount of price for quality of the rooms, far to over priced, heating was awful extremely hot and not tolerable to sleep in. cleanliness was so so, fresh towels, but red spiders because of the damp and heat of the rooms. not very well decorated, marks on the walls.carpets easy to trip on. breakfast fine. a hotel to sleep in if are desperate, but dont get a good sleep. definately needs a better look. but location was really good and close to all central parts of london and easy access to 2 tube lines. just not worth its price im afraid.

Friendly staff - got our room earlier than required. The room with two single beds was very small and there was some stickly stuff on the light switch and the wall (which was easily removed with wet paper - only we weren't supposed to be the ones to do that). Breakfast was fine - once we found out that we could ask to have it prepared "our way". Close to tube station and bus stops - easy to get to and from the city center.

Wasn´t pleased with the room.It was in basement close int the brakfast restaurant.with no view, the beds were hard,bathroomdoor was so waterdamaged so it was impossible to close.Good service from the personel and the hotel is very central.But i will not rekommend this hotel.

We selected this hotel because we are a family of 5, the hotel had a room for 5, and it was in a convenient location. At £145 including breakfast, we expected the room to be basic (which it was - very). The hotel was friendly and breakfast was good for the price (full-English or continental prepared to order). Our room was unfortunately a few steps below street level, underneath reception. As such, it was very noisy, with people passing by on the street above, lots of traffic, and regular ambulances flying past to/from the nearby hospital - this seemed to carry on pretty much throughout the night. The room was also very hot and stuffy (although the heating was not on - maybe ground heat?) - really a choice between open the windows to get some ventilation, but get lots of noise, or close the windows and get too hot, but have a little bit less noise (though might not make much difference). We also unfortunately got invaded by tiny ants during the night - they were attracted by a couple of glasses that had had cola in them - but which we used during the night (in the dark) to drink water. I think we must have drank some of them! The reception man was however sympathetic and said they would get it dealt with (although we were only there for one night, so wouldn't help us much). I suppose you get what you pay for, but I'd rather pay a bit more and get a proper nights sleep, particularly with children.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Edgware Road underground station.Rooms are a reasonable size and very clean.Breakfast was included and was also very good.WiFi is free.The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Anisa at the front desk.Overall very good value for money. Would definately stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff, but facilities poor. Clean, but very run down and in need of a facelift. Good location for Paddington and Marble Arch/Oxford Street.

Its a bad bed and breakfast hotel. I cant recommend it. Bad breakfast. No service. It vas very noisy outside. Bad to sleep. Bad beds and very small room. It vas also very cold at the room.

Pros: The hotel has a good location close to the metro. the area is weel served by buses. the rooms were clean enough for a night stay.the pirce is fair considering the location.
Cons: The first impression of the hotel was not very nice. the hall was dirty and very untidy. the staff was not able to give us complete information about the transportation.
