Cons: Despite the room being advertised as air-conditioned, it didn't work. we moved to two different rooms both with broken air-conditioning. they compensated us with a small discount for the first night only - as there was a problem of communication between managers who handled our complaint, therefore the discount was reluctantly given.
while wi-fi internet was advertised on your website, it was only available in the reception area. this should be clearly stated on the site as not being available in the actual room. we were on the 5th floor so it was an absolute pain to trek downstairs every time we needed to use it.
