 "Worst experience ever in 30+ years of travel"
Pros: Worst experience ever in 30+ years of travel. staff raised the rates at check-in and refused to negotiate despite pleas that i had a different rate. tried to go up the management line and staff was both rude, not accommodating, and outright dishonest in refusing to honor stated rate--unbelievable!
Cons: Again, an altogether negative experience (see above)

Cons: When we made a reservation,the agreement indicated that the breakfast would be included. however, breakfast was not included. also, the address of the hotel was wrong.

so, we want a refund for our breakfast, and advice you to correct the hotel address.
