 "Not recommended"
Good location, but not nice hotel. There are much nicer hotels for same price in the same area. Definitely not 3 star. Room was small. Staircase is very narrow and difficult to carry large suitcase (no lift). Would not recommend.

 "Disapointing for what I paid"
I was diappointed when I got to this hotel. The reception is half way up the stairs and is a room with a computer and a chair in and a foreign receptioniost that didn't understand us. We couldn't check in so had to leave our bags in the hallway when online it said that luggage storage was avaiable, I wouldn't class this as luggage stoirage.The stairs to all floors are creeky and do not feel safe.The room was so small with only 1 way into the bed and seperate toilet to shower room??The room did feel clean but the showers still had soap marks on it and also around the window the woodwork was all coming away and the paintwork waa awful, this really let the room down as it was on show! Also the ldge right next to the bed had marks on and the woodwork was coming away here too, I ahd to cover it up with a pillow so I din't have to look at it.We were going to grab some breakfast in our rooom in the morning, planned before we got there but we did' fell like we wanted to eat there at all and the room wasn't big enough.I will say that th elocation was perfect for what we went for. We went to a show at piccadilly and it was just one stop from Russell square and russell square was a 3minute walk away, The hotel was easy to find from Euston with thedirections I was given from the hotel.I suppose you get what you pay for but I think the pries should be lowered to reflect the smallness of the room and shjabbyness of the 'reception area'

 "Welcome Inn, Near Euston"
We were in room 31, top floor. It was totally adequate for a base. A small room, but totally adequate. The shower pressure was not good, but room/toilet/bathroom was clean, and everything provided that was needed. Breakfast was sufficient, if a little strange to have it delivered to your room. It was hot and fresh. From reading the previous reviews, i was a little apprehensive about staying here. Perhaps we got lucky with our room if the other reviews are correct. Some people don't respect that others are staying here and don't stop their doors from slamming, but those people are probably the ones that moan. I would say it is a little overpriced for what you get, and I would probably pay £10 more for a plusher place, but overall, it was fine!

 "Never trust a picture !!!!"
A very misleading picture on website...the room looked trendy and nice ..Reality was far from. Upon arrival the receptionist could not work the card machine it took her 4 attempts to try the card each time wrong..we had to go snd get the cash in the end as we did not have time to mess around...we were not told anything about the hotel..i.e what time was breakfast ,etc. Customer service was dreadful , will not be recomending this hotel or be stopping there again.

 "not like promoted"
Very poor service and not conform with the description on their homepage.Every day the same breakfast, waterheater was very dirty and gaga.The narrow and mickymouse stairway is dangerous to climb upMost of the tilings in the room are broken or loose and the rooms are very very small.Lots of noise during the night from the street and the drunken people which leaving the resaurant around the corner.I'ld not book it anymore and recommend everybody to stay away from this chinese leaded hotel

 "Never again!"
What a terrible experience! I arrived at the hotel after a long day and was simply looking forward to a rest. The lady that served me was clearly thinking about more important things and uninterested in welcoming her guest. I was exhausted so didn't argue when she charged me AU$25 over my 'guarenteed' booking price. I was then shown to a room that had hairs all over the bed and mess under the table, I laid out towels to sleep on as it was so filthy. The heat was stuck on nothing short of boiling all night and the taxi I asked the receptionist to order was never called, she had probably forgotten as she was chatting to a friend on the phone at the time.. I had to walk , with a baby, in the rain at 4:30am and almost missed my train. I couldn't ask her to ring again, as they have no staff at the hotel from 11pm til the next morning, it was a horrible experience overall and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Disgusted.

 "Good for only sleeping...."
The location of the hotel is good. It seems to be a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is quite simple. For only sleeping a night it is a good place, but is has no comfort.

 "dissappointed"
Any meal had to be taken in your room ,breakfast consisted of one fried egg spoon of cold baked beans straight from the tin a slice of cold ham and a slice of toast .No plug in wash basin and would not supply one health and safety reasons ?.Stairs very narrow treads impossible for anybody with mobility problems will notbe recommending this hotel to anybody.

Very very small bedroom and bathroom, only one chair, breakfast in the room only, one using the chair the second guest has to sit on the bed or on the floor, bed is old fashioned and the mattress is a nightmare.

 "Smelly and Noisy"
We had a rather small room in the basement which is where the kitchen is situated. There was the constant smell of fried food. When they say breakfast is included, this consists of room service only as there is nowhere else to eat it and the choice was ham, egg, toast, yoghurt and orange juice. The smell of the fried food was so bad we couldn't face it. There was a constant dripping noice in the night and lots of door slamming. Would not recommend again.

 "Ok"
We only stayed for one night so not too bad in all. I booked two rooms as four of us we staying, one room at the front of the building did have more space than the rooms towards the back and with two people in each room we did feel a little on top of each other. Nicely decorated and have all the items you expect in a hotel just a little small for £90. The breakfast you have delivered to your room and consists of egg, sausage, beans and toast which you have on a tray. If you stay, ask if possible request a room towards the front of the building and be warned that there is no lift so if in the attic like i was make sure you're fit.

Pros: Bonne localisation, amabilité du personnel
Cons: Chambre minuscule, trou dans la vitre, problemes avec l'alarme qui se déclenche sans raison ( 3fois ) eau pas toujours chaude et peu de pression , extrêmement bruyant ( on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et la chambre voisine . petit dejeuner "cheap"

Cons: We were v disappointed with the rooms as many things were not working and the rooms/reception area etc were poor. many hotels in the area had a simular price but were much better. the website was v deceptive. we shall not be staying there again nor recommend it. also we were shocked at the price of vat ant tax we had to pay at the time of booking

Pros: The hotel was as stated on the website. very good location, closed to most important landmarks in london. i will definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money in a good location! also hotel stuff were all chinese but very friendly and helpful.
