We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Lloyd. The rooms were clean, the water for the shower was hot and plenty of water pressure. We loved the location - plenty of very good restaurants within just a few blocks. Easy to catch a bus to see the sights of Rome. The breakfast that was included was the best we had for our entire trip. This hotel was a great value!

Pros: The rooms were clean and the hotel quiet.the gentleman on reception was very helpful and helped us organise a trip on the local buses.were able to get to places of interest from the hotel by bus in about 10 mins
Cons: The only thing that would have improved our stay was a kettle in the room to provide tea or coffee

Pros: Good location and within walking distance of most of the city highlights. breakfast was fine.
Cons: Room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. advised by staff on desk to open the window but the street outside was quite noisy at night. difficult to sleep in hot, noisy environment which had an impact on our stay. strangely the rest of hotel seemed quite cool! hotel lacked atmosphere and seemed very expensive for what it was.

Pros: Nice hotel, good bed, convenient room and well equipped bathroom, good breakfast. nice restaurants in the neighborhood. 15 min walk from the metro, busstop closer.
Cons: Like anywhere in rome: noisy street. although the street is not too busy and has not too much trafic, it's still rather noisy.

Pros: The hotel was in a lovely area with a great pizzeria just next door. lots of other places to eat too, not touristy though so don't expect menus in 4 different languages. i gave us a real taste of the city though. we speak italian and i think it made the experience a lot easier but everywhere we went people were friendly and wanting to help. the guys on the front desk of the hotel were really kind, gave us a map, told us where to get tickets for the train and bus. we looked forward to coming back to the hotel. it's about 15 minute walk from the termini but we had lovely weather and enjoyed walking from the hotel - didn't use a bus once!

Pros: It was a pleasant stay in a good room and bed. the breakfast was basic but all we wanted was offert.

Pros: Our room at the lloyd hotel was clean and comfortable with very little noise at night. there are plenty of local restaurants at reasonable prices and hotel staff were happy to suggest places to eat. the hotel is situated some distance from the main tourist attractions but most are within reasobale walking distance and a good bus service is available.

Cons: I ordered the non smoking room, but it was smoking, with strong smell. the reception said that he could not change the room cause there were no rooms when i arrived! terrible customer care!!!
