 "Great location shame about the lack of sleep!"
This hotel is in a great location, doesn't look to great from the outside compared to others but pretty standard inside. Not much of a 24 hour reception though, guys were helpful-ish. Booked a taxi as they said it would be cheaper to go through them and turns out it was unlicensed and not cheap at all!The room was pretty basic, provided tea and coffee but no milk. The toilet was so small, a caravan toilet would be bigger. The beds were comfy however right next to a boiling hot radiator. We did ask for it to be turned down but they couldn't (apparently) so I came home with a massive heat rash, we had to have the balcony door open all the time. So we didn't spend much time in the room, great location for restaurants and bars though.If your after something basic for one night this is perfect but after a three night stay I was so glad to go home.

 "Great hotel"
Me and my young son stayed in Tony's house for 1 night,went Xmas shopping and to winter wonderland in hyde park. Excellent location for these things. Great welcome,lovely staff,room was quite small but after all you are only sleeping in it and for £45 a night a bargain! Also get breakfast bought to your room by a very good looking man,what more could you want lol would stay again.

Very good location,2 minutes to paddington station -bus and undergraund.The staff is very friendly.The room was clean and breakfast is good.We would stay in this hotel again. Perfect hotel for short trip in London.

Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: The hotel room was not at all the pictures on the website. the hotel is so worn that it is quite embarrassing! there was a small bowl with mouse poison on the end of the bed, there was cigarette butts between the wall and the cabinet; hangers in the closet was very very dirty and there was dust and really disgusting; closet in the bathroom was really nasty with toothpaste residue, etc., and there stood old water in the kettle, there were many holes under the carpet by the foot fell in. there were altogether just really disgusting!

Pros: Cheap, clean, did exactly what it was supposed to! very friendly staff and perfect for a group of friends who just need somewhere to sleep for the night.
Cons: You certainly get what you pay for, don't expect 5* facilities! but with that in mind you get a peaceful nights sleep and rooms are clean(ours even had a fridge!)

Cons: Room stank of smoke, carpet lifting away from floor, floor squeeked with every step we took, bathroom so tiny we could hardly stand in it, bed spreads dirty, door didn't lock properly. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
