"The hotel was amazing, everything we could have wished for"

Pros: The hotel was amazing, everything we could have wished for. the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was very nice. we had a lovely stay and could not fault the hotel at all.

"Great city centre location and able to walk to all major tourist..."

Pros: Great city centre location and able to walk to all major tourist attractions. the staff were very kind and helpful especially the reception.
Cons: It sometimes got quite noisy at night due to the club downstairs and the breakfast for vegetarians was nothing special mainly standard but not bad.

Pros: El recepcionista fué muy amable y simpático y hablaba español.la habitación muy grande y limpia.
Cons: El hotel no está tan cerca del centro histórico de praga, y para volver hay que subir una cuesta muy larga.la puerta del hotel está siempre cerrada, y hay que llamar al timbre; esto resulta muy incómodo pues como sólo hay una persona en recepción que se ocupa de todo en el hotel,a veces no está ,y un par de veces hemos estado eperando en la calle 10 minutos. se suponía que al llegar nos ofrecerían una copa de champán y una cesta de frutas, pero no hubo nada de eso. el colchón y la almohada eran duros. en la cama había 2 fundas nórdicas dobladas, que tenía que remeter yo cada noche, en lugar de una sábana de matrimonio. no reponían los productos del baño. no había tea and cofee maker ni esos almohadones en la cama que se ven en la foto de internet.la iluminación muy pobre para leer en la cama,ya que consistía en una lamparita muy baja con la pantalla negra.la luz del techo muy tenue y triste. el desayuno tenía muchas cosas saladas pero casi nada dulce ;sólo cereales, mermeladas y alguna pasta que enseguida se acababa . el hotel tiene poquísimo personal para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas; más bien parece un hotel de 3 estrellas, aunque en la foto parece mejor de lo que es, gracias a esa entrada principal , que es bastante llamativa. al marcharnos pedimos un taxi y nos mandaron el coche del hotel,muy grande, que compensa si viajan juntas muchas personas ; nos cobraron 700 coronas por 2 personas para ir al aeropuerto. .hubiera sido más barato un taxi normal, que fué lo que pedimos. este hotel no se lo recomiendo a nadie que quiera un buen hotel de 4 o 5 estrellas. la verdad es que no era lo que esperábamos.

Pros: My husband needed urgent dental treatment and the hotel receptionist (sorry i forgot to get his name)was excellent in assisting us in locating an all night chemist and an english speaking dentist. he gave us 'spot on' directions. you only know a good hotel when you are in trouble and this hotel was excellent. room was like an apartment within an hotel.
Cons: Better information on exit to take when arriving in metro station from airport would be a help, as would directions from metro to hotel. the metro station was like a maze. having said that it was the central station so was ideal for getting around.

"The staff was very helpful"

Pros: The staff was very helpful. the hotel room was very clean. the beds were comfortable. the location to the tram was wonderful. it was excellent for the price.
Cons: I would have liked directions to get to the hotel. the furniture in the room was a little sparse. i was disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed without us knowing that as it was cold and we would have liked that. there was a nice enough restaurant next door however. i also would have liked extra pillows, but they were not available. these things did not detract from our lovely stay in the hotel and the spectacular city with its festive and fairy tale quality at christmas. the christmas market in the old square was worth the trip in itself.

Pros: The staff were extremley helpful and friendly. they helped us find out travel information to help us with our journey outside of prague and were always happy to help.
this break was booked as a birthday suprise for my partner and we both loved this holtel. the room was fantastic, clean and spacious - just wish we were able to stay longer!

Pros: Excellent location for metro,short walk to old town,the staff were very helpfull and friendly, we had a suite on the 5th floor it was very big with a fridge and microwave,very well kept hotel ,we would stay there again
Cons: We had a very pleasant stay the only drawback was they forgot to clean our room for 2 days

Pros: Everything in this hotel is amazing from the rooms to the friendliness and accommodating sincerity of each staff member. we have been staying here while we are looking for an apartment in prague and it has been a great experience. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in a great location, receive friendly service and have better than good hotel accommodations.
