Pros: The manager was at some point helpful pointing us to a special location we would like to visit. good location, very quiet and ok for a single or two nigths in london
Cons: Room extremely small and very worn. bed was broken. seems that manager works 24h a day so he wasn't very friendly at night when we had problems with the key.

Pros: Hotel was right near olympia which is what we needed. not far from bars and restaurants. very friendly staff.
Cons: Our room was tiny, however it was ample and very clean, just not much room. great for one or two night stays, no longer though.
