Pros: It's location was nice and it offered great value for the money. there was a pretty nice club downstairs; sublime.
Cons: They didn't have a room keycard for me; so in order for me get back in my room i had to "consult" with someone in the front desk each and every time. apparently they ran out of key cards and they were almost puzzled as to why i found that frustrating. they did nothing to correct that. it wasnt until 2:30 am that they got me a key card when i was checking out the next day. i had asked for an adaptor to charge my phone and nobody brought it to my room. i had to chase the hotel staff for the simplest things. i would recommend the novotel on the other side of the building. but i would never recommend ibis to anyone nor would i ever stay here again.
