Pros: Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. good location.
easy walk to beach shops restaurants and transport.
Cons: Hotel looking tied externally, particularly the access steps and passageways. needs paint job. whilst clean internally, coffee cups were stained from previous use. need to be cleaned properly between bookings.

Pros: Room had a nice view.
Cons: Room did not have a single drawer. not one!
room cleaning was hit and miss and it was not cleaned at all on one day.
the air conditioning/heater was so noisy that we had to turn it of at night in order to sleep.
