Cons: The night duty in-charge ignored me taking his time talking to someone while i waited outside in the drizzle with the hotel door closed and then comes up & asks me who am i. when informed i have a booking and complaining about being made to wait outside, he says this is their method since they are in his words pestered by unwanted shady(sic) walk-in's
