I didn't rate everything excellent because Carlton Sorrent doesn't offer internet in the rooms, only on the lobby. We are in the XXI century.

Pros: The location is excellent, only a brief walk around the corner to the main square piazza tasso. amenities, including swimming pool and snack bar, are very good. majority of staff, particularly dining room waiters , are extremely friendly and always happy to go the extra mile.
Cons: The included breakfast was a little basic and didn't offer a large variety or deal of quality. certain reception staff could be rather abrupt. some areas of the hotel were slightly dated in terms of the decor and the elevator was extremely small, allowing room for only three adults.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent - very very close to the centre and very close to the train station
Cons: This hotel is certainly not a 4-star hotel. the facilities are awful, and the room and decor is very dated.
