 "soooo bad"
The room was very dirty, no service, Very bad, wat longer to go to down town london, almost 1 hour. Never again. No recommendation we didn't even eat our breakfast. Never again. All lies on the internet.

 "Average hotel quite far from the center"
The location of Park Hotel is not 10min walk from Gants Hill station, more like 15-20 min walk. Bus station is in front of the building.First room we´ve got had very bad smell in it (toilet pipes), also it was very very tiny. Went to reception and asked for another room. At the start they said no other room available. We answered then we´ll leave tomorrow. They found quickly another room for us what was bigger and didnt have any smell in it. In bathroom the water flowed slowly, no pressure at all. Same with the drain. At breakfast room there are not enought tables in it, so if the hotel has many visitors you have to wait behind a door for your time. And dishes, different kinds, they continuously ran out. They promised the wifi will be available in every room but it wasnt. Only at the reception.Beds were uneven but were able to sleep.Would I go back to that hotel anytime in the future? I dont know, probably not.. Sorry!

 "London trip with the family"
Sorry for my English.We had a four bed room with shower and toilet. The room was clean. The breakfast (typically English) would be filled again and again, that was always plenty available. Transport connection (bus) right outside the door. Subway and train about 10 minutes on foot. You are in a 1/2 hour in London. For our purposes it was perfect.

 "Not the best choice"
The best thing about this hotel was that they had a great breakfast. It was a bit of a walk to the tube station. The rooms were extremely small. I expected a little more. The photos on the reservation page were a little misleading. The people were friendly, but we had an issue with the TV and it was very difficult to get them to come and fix it.

 "Dont stay here unless you are on benefits!"
I stayed here for three nights and would never stay here again!The hotel appeared to be full of one parent families on benefits as such it was noisy during the evening, morning and during the night - doors slamming, kids running around etc.The rooms were very basic and the pillows were dreadful ~(flat as a pancake), even asking for a second one made no difference!Will not be back!!

 "Excellent Service!!"
Been here with my family, booked 2 rooms, both rooms were in great conditions, check-in was easy with very reasonable key-deposit amount (returned in full upon check-out), very near to Gantts Hill (Central Line) tube station, and a bus stop right in-front of the property, free parking in Hotel compound was an added value service, very clean room with new towels on bed, breaakfast was good with a range of eggs (scrambled, hard boiled etc), hash browns, toast, coffee tea and juices and many more.Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would come here again in the future.Kudos to the friendly hotel staff as well!

 "Easiest Link to London"
The accomodations were good and clean, the breakfast tasty. Staff friendly and accommodating.The best part of all, however, was how easy it was to get the bus to the metro and into London. The oyster card was the best deal for this.l The town itself also offers a great park and streets for walking. Worth the trip

Stayed with my son for 5 nights for the Paralympics and found the location good and the room was clean and adequate. Good hot selection for breakfast. Only issue was a lack of plug in shower room and doors banging.

This hotel was ver good I ran the London marathon and the owners let us park our car in there carpark all day saturday while we registered and all day sunday when I ran very friendly and helpful good value and near the tube

 "A perfect stay in London"
We were 4 people (me, female, 45, my daughter, 13, my nices 16 and 16); we had a seperate house in the garden; it was perfect for us! And the park just opposite the hotel! The bus stops in front of the hotel, the breakfast is perfect, so we really enjoyed the hotel.

 "First visit to London"
Bad matelas, I had very bad nights. Not silent at all, very noisty.WC service very bad, when one persone goes to the toilet, the wc works without good pression, so if another one wants to go, He'll no flush.Service was good, but for breakfast, no chocolate or cocoa in pouder for children, no fresh fruits, no mapple sirop.........very bad point!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was always very tidy, and the breakfest was a very pleasent surprise. location was also really nice, the tube station was just a 5 minutes walk away, and we often had a lunch in a beautiful valentines park located just on the other side of the road. we'll be definitely coming back here ! :)
Cons: It's quite hard to find anything negative, the shower acted weirdly sometimes but that was probably because we didn't know how to use it at first.

Pros: Room was clean & you get full english breakfast rather than continental breakfast (optional) with no extra cost.
we had a car with us but could park at the hotel no problem.
Cons: 2 out of 4 electric plug sockets were working & to charge phone, i needed to unplug tv.
