 "Great stay"
This hotel is impressive, the location is great to the port and to the shopping area. We didn't get ocean view but it didn't matter, you close the balcony doors and your rest is peaceful, no noise from the outside. The front office staff are extremely helpful. We didnt get our WiFi access code upon checking but when I called I was told I had to go downstairs to sign a document which was a tad irriitating, but other than that minor glitch you can't ask for better location and setting. You can tell the manager takes great pride in keeping the hotel immaculate and making the visitor feel at home. I want to thank the personnel on staff on November 1st, around 830pm while we struggled to get back into town. They kept our luggage under lock and key and gave us some advise on our next trek to Naples. I am only sorry that in our haste we didn't give him some monetary compensation for his help, but we are truly appreciative of his service. Anyone who wants to feel at home, get a restful sleep, and be provided great food should not miss the opportunity to stay here. We definitely will be back.

 "Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!"
The hotel was wonderful. From the friendly and helpful check in, to the imaculatey kept grounds, the elegant room with a balcony that had a view of both the the Bay of Naples and the Sorrento hillside, and a wonderful breakfast, this hotel can't be beat. Yes the price is on the high side, but it is certainly worth it if you are looking for a splurge!
