I booked this hotel because of a very good "Special Offer". I realised that it was slightly away from the "Centre", but this proved to be no problem at all! It was in a quiet "leafy suburb"-type area, and was served with a good bus-service right into the city centre. And a cheap bus-fare, too! The room was spotless and spacious. Super bathroom, too. The general staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff, in particular, were excellent. Smiling, friendly and quick with advice, and any info that was requested. Just a very minor quibble.... why do poolside bars insist on playing music! Music can be so intrusive if one just wants to relax at the pool with a book/newspaper. And the choice of music may not be to everybody's taste! Just a thought! I recently stayed at a hotel which proudly proclaimed in its literature that it did not pipe music from its poolside bar all day long! That's maybe how it should be. Or, if the barman insists, let it be discreet ambient music. As I say...just a minor low-level quibble, as otherwise, my stay was most enjoyable, and the hotel really super. I thoroughly recommend it!

Rooms are very good, nice large swimmingpool. Busstop nearby, around the corner to go to the city. Breakfast is great, a lot of different bread, eggs and fresh fruit.

The hotel was a good value for money, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, including some Andalusian specialities. The room we stayed in had one fairly small window facing the inner court/patio which gave a bit of claustrofobic feeling. We did not mind as Seville is a great city and we stayed out all the time .The hotel is not quite in the centre but easily reachable by public transport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the hotel. The common areas are beautiful and well maintained. All staff were hard-working and very helpful, and breakfast was of a very high quality. Our room was clean and comfortable.Public transport was very good, and the bus stop very close to the hotel.Internet a little slow.Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

A good hotel with very helpful and informed staff, proficient in English. We were very pleased to find a complimentary bus to and from the feria site. Our room was clean and comfortable but lacked tea/coffee facilities. Clearly, a hotel used by many tourists with a dedicated desk but more printed information e.g. how to visit the city centre by public transport, would be useful.

Pros: This hotel definitely needs a make over, it shows its 10 years. we found it to be in a good location, a little out of the way but a good walk gets you everywhere. parking is available but we parked on the street which was safe.

Pros: The hotel facilities are exceptional,the selection of food available at breakfast was outstanding,catering for both the full english selection,and the eurpoean equivilent.
although the location of the hotel was some distance from the city centre, we found the bus and taxi service more than adequate.
Cons: The inconsistant pricing policy of the taxi's ranging from 5euro to 11euro per trip.

Pros: Stayed at the al-andalus palace and we really enjoyed our 4 day stay there. we were impressed with the overall service although we had to wait about 40 mins to check in as the queues at the reception desk ressembled an airport check in counter - there didnt seem to be enough staff on duty. the rooms are excellent, large and good facilities. the hotel is about 10 mins from seville center - you can catch bus 34 just outside the hotel ( turn left and walk 2 mins and right ) you will see bus stop. taxi maybe 8 euro. super super breakfast - great service in the hotel.....lovely pool and great service...really enjoyed resting around the pool before heading out into seville ...i would highly reccomed this hotel.

Pros: Although it is a four star hotel it ranks in my opinion as a five star. the hotel is well kept and staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. we were told of an upgrade offer to silken club for twenty euros per room per day which we took and were euros in. in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend to all types of travellers.
