Cons: The staff was not so kind.
Cons: Seems like the process for checking in people without a reservation is a long one as i was behind such a person on reception with only one receptionist present it was an uncomfortable wait. another receptionist eventually turned up and checking in ran smoothly after that.
Cons: Building construction next door. no a/c.
Cons: Nothing to wash up with and dirty floors throughout - had not been vacuumed.
Cons: No wifi internet for us with an ipad.

Cons: Our sink in the bathroom was broken and wouldnt empty out the water. also the front desk staff are uninformative and look very bored! poor customer service.
