 "Great Appartments"
Very well maintained appartments with bags of room , set over 2 floors, even had complimentary quality tioletries as you would expect in a decent standard hotel, have reccommended to colleagues, and will definately use another in a different location.

 "Pre Xmas break"
1st room we had overlooked a building site with work going on 24 hours a day. The next night we changed to another room which had the outlook we expected to have; over the river to the O2 and Canary Wharf. Staff were very helpful. After a full day shopping, we decided to eat in and can fully endorse the delivery service advised by Marlin. Handy for 2 tube stations. Overall, if you get the right room, would recommend these apartments.

 "number of people for the apartment"
The apartment is stated for six people , and the beds are for six people. Also the forniture are for six people but.....there are only four chairs. So we were six people and the hotel wasn't able to supply the missing chairs. :(

Pros: Really good value for the money. and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. will recommend this and come back.
Cons: There was a working place just in our view but we couldn’t hear it.

Pros: Brilliant location, great staff, great room and views, great to transport, great price.
Cons: The kitchen utensils were very thin and tinny and there wasn't an egg flip and loads of other bits and bobbies that would enable one to cook much in there but very basic. it was however suitable for us - we just used the big spoon as an egg flip. as for the next question below i would recommend it to everyone.

 "The apartment was clean spacious and modern"
Pros: The apartment was clean spacious and modern. with two teenage girls it was great to have two bathrooms. much better than going to a hotel.
Cons: We would have preferred to have been higher up in the building or on the other side as we were only on the 4th floor and on the side of commercial road which is fairly busy. it did not keep us from sleeping but once you were awake in the morning it would be difficult to ignore the traffic noise. despite that i would recommend and stay again.

Pros: Everything was in its order, and the things missing the staff would fix within hours.
the view from 8th. floor was great, and for once the apartment actually looked like the one on the website, and that was even when it was one of the cheaper suites.

we loved to stay there, and would consider staying with them again at one of their locations if we take a trip london again.
Cons: There was some stains on the bedroom carpet when we arrived, but besides that nothing specific.

Pros: The apartment was awesome. it was close to everything. we were sight
Cons: The first lady who checked us in was great. but the ones after her sucked. they were never at the desk, seemed to not want to help with certain issues we had. but the lady who checked us in made the negative stuff a little more positive. she was so helpful.

Pros: Service was not as expected for such a nice looking service apartment. although staffing was 24 hours, when i arrived to pic up key, it took almost an hour for someone to show up. hot water did not work properly, and staff was not friendly.
