 "Nice stay in Valencia in a good hotel"
My daughter and I had a nice stay in Valencia, the hotel was ok, a pity we had a room on the second floor, with a window in THE ceiling, rest was ok, breakfast ok, a pity the bar was not always open, location is perfect if you rent a bike next door. 10 minutes from the beach, Calatrava, 20 minutes from old city.

Pros: The hotel is clean and the rooms are good size. location is fantastic as its right between the city and the beach. about 10 mins drive either way.


fantastic is the scooter rental place which is 7 min walk up av del porto towards the city. great way to see the city.

 "I was reaaly nicely located, very close to the ciudad de las artes y..."
Pros: I was reaaly nicely located, very close to the ciudad de las artes y sciencias en equally distanted between the beach and the old city center. the room was big and spacious and clean. the hotel was easily accessible with the metro from the airport and well connected to the old city centre with busses. the people were nice and helpfull and able to answer my questions on locations and public transport.

Pros: The best hotel we stayed in spain for the money.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the sightseeing spots. and directions to the hotel is not well explained. we could take bus no. 4 directly to the hotel from outside of the train station. however, taxi is quite cheap in valencia.

Cons: Went for breakfast one morning, food was not up to scratch yet they are charging 15 euros per person.

Room was nice, very large for a european hotel

Located on Avinguda del Port, Hotel Solvasa Valencia is close to Jardines de Ayora in the east of the city centre. It is located close to the Formula 1 Urban Circuit, on Avinguda del Port, only 400 metres from the marina. This fascinating area of the city is home to Jardines Viejo Cauce del Turia, which contains City of Arts and Sciences, L’Oceanogràfic and Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia. Buses stop on the nearby Calle de las Islas Canarias; this public transport provision connects across the city centre, to such popular attractions as Torres de Serranos and Iglesia de los Santos Juanes.

Housed in an old flour mill, Solvasa Hotel retains its historical charm alongside modern conveniences. Restaurant Farinera serves traditional continental and international cuisine, whilst the bar cafeteria offers a place to relax and socialise with colleagues or friends. The 24hr reception offers luggage storage and fax/photocopying services, and four salons are available as meeting and function rooms. Private parking is also available at the hotel.

Room service and laundry is available in each of Hotel Solvasa Valencia’s 94 en-suite rooms. All of the rooms are equipped with a telephone, television with international channels, minibar and safe deposit box. Wireless Internet is provided, and all rooms are centrally heated and air conditioned.
