A really great hotel in all ways possible - no criticisms whatsoever! The staff help in every way they can but don't bother you unnecessarily. The breakfasts, restaurant and rooms are immaculate and room service is perfect.

The hotel was in a great location and minutes walk from metro , buses and all major sights. The staff were all super and always willing to give advice, sort out any problems and help in any way. We had a very good breakfast in the hotel but also on two occasions ate abreakfast at a small cafe just outside hotel which was less copious but cheaper.There are only 3 small things we had concerns about - it would have been really useful to have had a non-slip bath mat to go in bath when showering, especially for we less agile folk .More shelf or cupboard space for clothes would have been good as storage space was quite restricted. The bathroom wasn't very private as the glass doors were covered in a sort of see-through mesh! It would have been better to have had solid doors or blinds! Otherwise we would thoroughly recommend The Vincci Palace Hotel. It's agreat place to stay and would definitely stay there again as it's location is superb. Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Excellent location just a few minutes walk from historic centre, tourist bus and train station. hotel staff very polite and helpful. rooms cleaned daily. good breakfast selection.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and as we were only site-seeing for two days this was important.being able to park the car at the hotel was one of the main point to book this hotel.
