We have hard a better stay than expected in this hotel. Would come back there. The only problem was to get back to the hotel in the evening. London is too busy ...We would have appreciate a Shuttle Service.

A little far from the city, but for London standards, a great deal. The only rather strange thing is the way the breakfast seats are positioned. Low seats where you need to lean all the way out of your living room couchlike seats to get to the table without spilling your food. Other than this strange choice of furniture a great hotel, especially the room and the spa.

Absolutely satisfied!!In my opinion there are just 2 points that need caution:1) A bit far from TUBE connection (but there is a daily free shuttle service until ~16:00)2) Watch out for the INTERNET charge!! It's quite expensive, they should actually not charge for it. When even 2-star hotels offer it for free, a 5-star hotel like this should really not charge it...

The hotel is good to excellence all round. We stay for three nights and use the Spa facilities every day which are excellent. The only minus for the whole stay is the location of the hotel which is a bit inconvenient. However as we know London and the transportation quite well so it is just a very minor problem for us.

Staying at the Hotel Verta was a very pleasant experience overall. The bed was excellent. The default setting on the air conditioning was set a bit low. Breakfast was good but the temperature of the hot food was a little cold. The spa was not as good as I expected. The temperature of the hydro pool was a little on the cold side.The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The corridors were a little on the dark side. The hotel was a little difficult to find initially. I would be happy to stay there again.

Beautiful room with a bed I could stay in forever! Lovely furnishings, heated floor and television in the bathroom, nice toiletries, coffee machine, robes and slippers, free wifi, use of spa facilities. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and lovely views. Staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Bit out of the way but 10 min walk to clapham junction station, and there is also a bus stop 2 mins from the hotel which takes you to victoria station in 15 mins. Hope to return to this hotel soon!!!

Fantastic hotel with very attentive staff. Beautiful views and spa was lovely - we had it all to ourselves in the morning. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended as a romantic treat. Spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The only drawback is the location; this was formerly an industrial area, so nothing much to be expected within a reasonable walking distance except couple of restaurants nearby. Heliport which is just next to the hotel can be convenient if you are into this type of transport; however no worries, noise insulation of rooms is good so the noise of helicopters landing & taking-off is not disturbing. Free shuttle each 30 minutes to Sloan Square. Otherwise good connection by bus Nos. 170 & 44 from and to Victoria Station (takes ca. 20 min). We will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay.Very helpful and attentive staff,lovely room and excellent breakfast.We look forward to a return visit as we have a daughter living in SW8.I left an umbrella in the hotel bar and a member of staff returned it to our room,they also returned my call when I queried whether I had left my mobile 'phone charger in the bedroom.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

First class hotel offering superb accomodation and relaxing spa facilities. Fine dining of above average standard and choice...Excellent buffet choice for breakfast. Was upgraded to an executive room on arrival with first class attention from all staff at reception, within the bar and restaurant. Location on the south side of River Thames is not close to any underground station but can be accessed through mainline rail at Clapham Junction or Bus Route 170 running from Victoria. Most enjoyable stay but look for offers on `booking sites`.
