Cons: Small ensuite, room very hot and unable to turn down radiator, could open window but traffic noise, tv didn't work but did after wiggling aerial cable.
Cons: Yes the walls were dirty and there was no hairdryer slightly over priced for a tiny room
Cons: Very poor breakfast provided and despite the understanding that london is an expensive place to stay, the room was very small and not laid out in a helpful way.
Cons: Not as close to train station as advertised. with luggage it is quite a walk!
sink in the bathroom was tiny, tiny and located below a glass shelf and there was no room between sink and shower to even see in the mirror. the 3 flight up narrow stairs was hard to take luggage up or down. bar below was often noisy.

Cons: The location, five min walk from caledonian road. it's fine if you want to reach arsenal stadium but otherwise you'll have to take the tube or the bus. it smelled bad in the room when we got in. obviously had some problems in the bathroom that they didn't take care of before renovating the room.
Cons: Busy roads on two sides of the hotel and a pub donwstairs; noise.
Cons: Could not find it on the first night as it was further out the road than i expected.
Cons: There was no hot water in the room the first day we arrived but the staff went to work to fix it right away. the flat screen tv was difficult to watch from one of the two beds because of the angle. my daughter missed the hairdryer which was in the description but was not in the room. there was a bad incident between my daughter and one of the staff but it was taken very seriously by the manager and dealt with. i got the feeling all reasonable complaints are taken care of with a very positive attitude.
Cons: Could not sleep at all due to very loud and annoying extractor fan type noise that didn't stop til 05.30am. could not find anyone after 00.00 to complain and try to move room. was very unhappy with hotel experiance because of this.
