 "So so"
Staff were helpful and polite and the location was ideal for seeing main sites in Rome. Bedding and towels changed daily and b/fast was good. However our first room was outside lift and was small and noise from lift and through walls from other rooms disturbed sleep a lot. We requested to be moved and two days later were moved to another room whiuch was bigger but noise could still be heardh through thin walls. Rooms could do with a freshen up as were a bit dated. Did not spoil break but would not stay here again.

 "hotel flavia"
It was ok, nothing special, people were not very gentle nor kind. Cleaness was unremarkable. Breakfast was poor (rough bread once). The location was good, in spite of not being in the center.

 "One star hotel. Location ok, but quality very poor."
Breakfast was ok. The room was very small. Night desk lamp shade was broken and totally off (somebody had tried to tape it back). No one fixed that. Toilet was broken twice during our one week stay. The shower was broken. Sewer in the shower did not work. After one minute there was water to your ankles and it took some 4-5 hours to go away. It was not nice to be second person to take a shower. Airconditioning worked ok. One day no room cleaning at all. Walls of the room were dirty too. A lot of dust on the wardrobe. We would not go back there ever. They also tried to over charge us for the use of internet.

Room is very small but bathroom is of almost equal size.All interresting points can be reached by foot and there are quite a few restaurants very close to the hotel.

 "Good location"
Pros: Good location.
Cons: A room for 2 persons was so small we even couldn't get them together, there was no space. staff didn'clean at all floors in the rooms! also breakfasf was not good, every day aggs and salty cheese,hum...porridge
could be better and more healfy for a guests.

 "We liked the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood"
Pros: We liked the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood. it felt safe even at midnight. it is 2 min to bus stop and 10 min to metro. the first impression of the hotel was also nice. breakfast was fair enough with eggs which we didn't see at any other hotel in italy.
Cons: The hotel was generally clean although i couldn't say it was the best we experienced among 3 star hotels. we didn't like the bahtroom and the shower. it seemed old and quite dirty.

We liked the location of the hotel and the neighbourhood
