 "City break hotel"
This hotel was very close to good transport links . The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were some good restaurants nearby.

 "Very good atmosphere in hotel"
Pros: Very good atmosphere in hotel. rooms very comfortable and quiet. buffet breakfast was excellent. owner (stefan)was very helpful, and all the staff as well. overall a very enjoyable experience. would recommend it.
Cons: Nothing negative, though coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms would have been a bonus.

This privately run hotel in the heart of the city is only a few minutes from the main train station of Berlin.

Hotel Tiergarten Berlin is located near Turmstrasse metro station and within walking distance of Tiergarten Park, with 210 hectares, this is the biggest park of the city. The city centre and all the famous tourist attractions like Kurfürstendamm, Brandenburger Gate and Unter den Linden boulevard can be easily reached using the metro system via Turmstrasse station. 

This privately run hotel is situated in a structure that was built in 1892 and it is an example of the standard of living of the middle class during that time. The building has two wings stretching out to the back, opening up into a tranquil garden. At Berlin Hotel Tiergarten you can start your day with the buffet breakfast in the stucco decorated breakfast room on the first floor.

Hotel Tiergarten Berlin boasts 60 rooms on three floors that can be accessed with an elevator. All the rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer. In addition to the regular rooms, family rooms and a room for handicapped people are available.
