Pros: Everything about this hotel is stellar! it's gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and convenient. the staff was helpful, knowledgable, and accomodating. the bed was one of the most comfortable i've ever slept in. four years old, but looks like it was built and opened yesterday. the decor and styling show the thought that went into designing this euro-style property. giant tv, fantastic views, well-stocked mini-bar, even the shampoo, lotion, etc. were chic. the "breakfast" was delivered to the room (yes!), and the muffins were huge!!! loved this place!!
Cons: If anything negative can be said, it's that the glass-walled bathroom, sitting so close to the bed/middle of the room, allows all smells and sounds eminiating from it to invade the "living" space. if you're staying alone, that may be ok, but why should everyone else in the room have to see your profile sitting on the loo or smell what you're producing? they should, at least, install fans in the toilet ceilings (and loud ones at that). you're also on display in the shower if you forget to draw the outside-the-glass curtains or if someone out there decides that it's "showtime." again, it may have worked for an exhibitionist like me, but for someone else, they may not be into being on display like an amsterdam girl-for-hire.

it was the small things too, the sheets the design of the room it was comfortable and had all we needed for our two day stay.

The first boutique hotel in Brooklyn, Hotel Le Bleu New York can be found in the Park Slope neighbourhood. The hotel is situated in Brooklyn’s most treasured neighbourhood, 20 minutes from Manhattan and the location of some of Brooklyn’s most famous sights. The accommodation can be found near vintage shops, restaurants, vibrant clubs and various several metro stations. From here you can also enjoy beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty.
